Ministry Electronic Office: Registry of Contracts for Economically Dependent Self-Employed Workers (TAED)
What is it?
The Registry of Contracts for Economically Dependent Self-Employed Workers (TAED Registry) allows for the online registration of contracts for the performance of the economic or professional activity of economically dependent self-employed workers.
This registration can be carried out by the economically dependent self-employed worker themselves, the client, or registered professionals acting on behalf of third parties.
What do I need to access it?
Using this service requires either a Digital Certificate or an electronic ID card (DNIe).
- How to obtain and use a digital certificate.
- Registration of contracts for economically dependent self-employed workers (TAED).
- Decree 197/2009 of February 23, which develops the Statute of Self-Employment regarding contracts for economically dependent self-employed workers and their registration, and creates the State Registry of professional associations of self-employed workers.
