Do I need prior experience to access the training?
GIPE's training is aimed at real estate agents who are already practising or have experience in the sector. It is not a beginner's course, but a qualification and update programme for professionals who want to take the next step.
What qualification do I obtain upon completing the programme?
Upon completing the European Professional Real Estate Manager course you obtain the GIPE-accredited real estate agent qualification, which is the requirement for accessing the GIPE Seal and, subsequently, the European MMCEPI certification.
Is the training European-recognised?
Yes. GIPE's real estate training is linked to the standards of CEPI, the European Council of Real Estate Professions, which allows access to the MMCEPI certification with recognition across all 25 member countries.
Can I access the training if I am already a GIPE member?
Yes. Continuous training is available to all members as part of the membership benefits. You will receive access to new programmes and sector updates on a regular basis.
Is the training available in English?
Yes. Like all of GIPE's activities, real estate agent training is available in Spanish and English, designed for professionals who work with both national and international clients.
What is the difference between the GIPE Seal and the MMCEPI certification?
