Who can join GIPE?

Professionals and companies in the real estate sector who share our values of ethics and quality. Independent agents, agencies and professional teams are all welcome as affiliated members of the association.

What do I need to join?

Complete the "European Professional Real Estate Manager" course, accept the association's code of ethics and hold the civil liability insurance included in the membership fee.

What does the membership fee include?

The membership fee includes continuous training for real estate agents, professional advice, a contacts network, use of the GIPE Seal according to membership level and civil liability insurance to protect you in the exercise of your activity.

What is the difference between being a member and being certified?

Being an affiliated member connects you to the network and its services. Certification accredits your level of professional excellence to the market, inside and outside Spain.
