It is with great sadness that we learned of the sudden passing of Mr. Arturs Obrickis, member of CEPI European Association of Real Estate Professions (CEPI aisbl) and LANĪDA (the Latvian Real Estate Association), who passed away yesterday at the age of 38.

Members of GIPE (Gestores Inmobiliarios Profesionales Europeos) had the pleasure of meeting Arturs last year when he accompanied and led a delegation of Lanída real estate professionals during their visit to Málaga, Spain.
We remember him as a warm, dedicated, and highly respected colleague who strongly believed in cooperation and friendship within the European real estate community.

His kindness, enthusiasm, and professionalism left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of meeting him.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues at Lanída and across the Latvian real estate community.

He will be remembered with respect and gratitude.
