We start with the first event of the year!!

Yesterday, Wednesday, January 24th, 2024, we started with the first event of the year at the GIPE Association.

Mr. Manuel Cerbán, General Delegate of Central Andalusia of the Sociedad de Tasación, together with his colleague, Mr. Alberto de Jorge, General Delegate of Valencia, presented an analysis of the residential real estate market, as well as the challenges and prospects of the sector in 2024. The presentation was very illustrative with graphs and comparisons.

Also attending the event was Mr. Francisco Manuel Ríos Moyano, an appraiser with a General Specialist profile at the Sociedad de Tasación, who answered many practical questions for the attendees.

Later at the cocktail party, attendees were able to enjoy a snack and chat with their colleagues and experts.
