Starting today, December 1, the New Whistleblowing Channel Law comes into force

Yesterday we had a talk at the GIPE headquarters about the new Law 3/2023 on the Whistleblowing Channel, which is mandatory for real estate agents as of today, December 1st.

Álvaro Arostegui from Iberdata21 gave the talk and explained in a very professional way how to comply with this new law and made his easy-to-use software available to the associates to carry out the requirements of this law.

GIPE is committed to assisting partners in complying with all regulations – new and established. For next year we have already planned more talks in the same direction and the idea is that the talks will also be available in the private area of the GIPE website that we are finalizing. We have also invested in new technologies to improve the online tracking experience.
