Requirements for membership:
- To become a member, you must complete the online course "European Professional Real Estate Manager."
- Membership requirements include subscribing to professional liability insurance, with the cost of insurance included in the monthly GIPE fee.
- Membership requirements also include accepting and signing the GIPE Code of Ethics and agreeing that, in the event of a dispute, you will submit to the arbitration of the GIPE Disciplinary Panel, consisting of three independent lawyers and one member of the board of directors.
