Questions answered by the tax expert!

Last Friday, November 8, 2024, we had the honor of having Carmelo de Andrés, a tax expert from the Martínez Echevarría law firm, give us a talk on taxation for real estate agents, especially focused on VAT that affects tourist rentals, and then he answered all the questions that the attendees were asking him. Despite coinciding with the SIMED events, we had many more attendees than expected!
