New Decree 31/2024 on tourist apartments

The Governing Council of the Government of Andalusia has approved the decree on tourist apartment establishments and homes for tourist purposes, which among other powers provides that “municipalities may establish limitations regarding the maximum number of homes for tourist purposes by building or sector”.

Below you can access the .pdf file of the new Decree 31/2024, of January 29, which modifies various provisions regarding housing for tourist use, tourist apartment establishments and hotels of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia that was published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía last Friday, February 2, 2024 and will come into force 20 days after its publication.
