We are pleased to inform you that a new attorney is now available within our legal department to address any legal questions you may have.

His name is Guenter Schramm Tronca, and he has extensive experience in real estate law.

We will soon be opening a mobile line so you can contact him directly. In the meantime, you can send your questions to his email: legal@gipe.es.

You can also schedule an in-person appointment with him here at GIPE headquarters. Starting tomorrow, he will be available in person every Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at our office at Calle Salinas, No. 6, 1º Office 5, 29015 Málaga.

On another note, we would like to inform you that GIPE’s first event, next Thursday, September 25th, will feature a presentation by Guenter and the latest legal developments in the real estate sector.
