GIPE Event Nº 14: Summary of 2024 and Forecast for 2025
Dear associates,
For those of you who were unable to attend the event on Thursday 30 January 2025, you can access the recording from the Back Office Area of the GIPE website, www.gipe.es, with your passwords.
It was the 14th GIPE talk, in which the Association’s secretary and GIPE representative at CEPI, Mr. Daniel Holmquist, first presented a summary of all the milestones achieved at European level last year and the great novelty for 2025, which will be the launch of the MMCEPI quality seal, which all GIPE members will be able to obtain for the first time. GIPE President Mr. Alfred van Krimpen then presented a summary and statistics of all the activities carried out at GIPE in 2024: collaboration agreements reached with various organisations, an unprecedented increase in GIPE members, news and changes in the real estate sector of great interest, etc. Finally, GIPE Vice President Mr. Christofer Fogelberg reported on a special training programme for this spring that will be carried out in person at GIPE headquarters and which GIPE members will be able to access with exclusive offers. More detailed information will be sent in the next Newsletters. He also commented on all the legislative developments that will come into force this new year 2025, related to the real estate sector, as well as a review of the 12 points of the government’s plans that were made public last month and have been so controversial.
