We invite you to the GIPE Event for the month of APRIL that will take place next Thursday, April 18, 2024.

Issue: How to avoid fines before an inspection by the Consumer Department or SEPBLAC?

Due to the increase in inspections of real estate agencies, especially in Andalucía, we have received many requests from members to discuss this topic in an informative talk.

Therefore, April’s talk will be about how to prepare and get everything in order in your agency – before the inspection comes!

• Introduction on the mandatory documentation before listing a property for sale. RD 515/1989 (National Level) and D. 218/2005 (Andalucía)
• Introduction to the work on the prevention of money laundering. How to act in case of suspicion?

As the format of the informative talk is limited, we will give an introduction to the most important aspects of both topics. Always from the practical point of view of a real estate agent. Depending on the interest we plan to organise workshops at a later stage together with our legal and compliance department.
