It was the 13th GIPE talk, in which first the vice president of GIPE, Mr. Christofer Fogelberg, reported on the news regarding the future Registry of Real Estate Agents of Andalusia, very close to its launch; followed by the speech of Mr. Julio González, IT expert, who informed and resolved doubts about the implementation of the new VERI * FACTU software, mandatory from next year. We had many more attendees than expected and it was the day we had more followers on Zoom, with the intervention of some expressing their doubts.
