First GIPE event of the year

We are pleased to invite you to the first GIPE event of the year that will be held next Wednesday 24th January 2024 at 19:00h.

Mr. Manuel Cerbán, General Delegate of the Sociedad de Tasación, will present the new housing market report, published this January, including the following sections:

Housing Price Evolution
Trust Index
Real Estate Effort Index
Construction Costs and Energy Efficiency
Accessibility Index

He will also be accompanied by a local appraiser to answer any questions from attendees.

All events will take place at the GIPE headquarters, in the Palacio Salinas, but can also be followed via Zoom.
