What do I need to join?

Complete the “European Professional Real Estate Manager” course, accept the ethical code, and have the liability insurance included in the membership fee.

What does the membership fee include?

The membership fee includes continuous training, professional guidance, a networking community, use of the GIPE seal (depending on the membership level), and professional liability insurance designed to protect professionals in the course of their activity.

What is the difference between being a member and being certified?
